Ivan Ching Fu Cheng has extensive experience in accounting, financial management and company secretarial roles.
Mr Cheng is the company secretary, chief financial officer and director of Beijing Properties (Holdings), as well as the director and chief financial officer of China Logistics Infrastructures and China Industrial Properties.
He has a Bachelors degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University; a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Australia; and a Masters of Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Mr Cheng is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of CPA Australia, an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
