Japanese investors broaden focus
Four major M&A deals last year highlighted Japan’s continued appetite for WA investments.
Ian Williams is a legal and strategic advisor to International investors in the energy and resources sectors. He has been involved in every aspect of the Australian coal industry.
Mr Williams was a partner of international law firms Herbert Smith Freehills and Ashurst for 20 years.
He is a graduate in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney; and graduate in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
Mr Williams represented the Australian Wallabies and Japanese Brave Blossoms in rugby.
