Ian Smyth

Director, Healthcare / Hesperia

Ian Smyth has been in the property development industry for over a decade.

He has been with Hesperia since July 2020 and is the development director where he oversees the delivery of Hesperia’s mixed-use and commercial built form projects. His role encompasses all aspects of development management from planning, design development, sales and leasing, through to construction delivery. Prior to Hesperia, Mr Smyth was with Fini Group and had a key role in the delivery of the national award-winning Knutsford residential development in Fremantle, as well as the Stirling Cross Precinct masterplan.

Mr Smyth holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Property and Commercial Law, and is pursuing a Master of Finance.
