Ian MacDonald has over 40 years of financial services experience in Australia, UK and Japan; specifically in banking, insurance, wealth management and technology.
Mr MacDonald held numerous positions with National Australia Bank including various senior executive roles from 1999-2006, chief operating officer of Yorkshire Bank from 1997-1999, and head of retail services at Clydesdale Bank in Glasgow from 1994-1997.
He is also a member of the 30% Club, a group formed by the Australian Institute of Company Directors who are committed to achieving better gender balance on boards and in organisations.
