Ian Johnston

Ian Johnston holds extensive experience in treasury, corporate banking and equity capital markets. Following a career of nearly 25 years in the banking industry, Mr Johnston joined Morgans Stockbroking (now Morgans Financial) in 1988 as an executive director and head of corporate finance. He was chair of corporate finance until his retirement in October 2013, and remains a member of its advisory board. Mr Johnston was also a director of ASX-listed companies, private companies, government-owned corporations and not-for-profit organisations. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
