Hugh Hangchi

Hugh Hangchi is a practising lawyer and has experience in providing advice to directors of listed and unlisted public companies in relation to directors’ duties, the Corporations Act, the Listing Rules, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Navitas, Mr Hangchi was a senior associate at a national law firm where he specialised in capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and regulated takeovers. He has also worked as a solicitor with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
