Howard Critchley has more than 25 years of experience in the logistics and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors, and was managing director (Australia, Asia and China) for CEVA Logistics (formerly TNT). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Master of Administration from Monash University. Mr Critchley has been a non-executive director with Boom Logistics. He is also non-executive director and member of the Advisory Committee of TVS Logistics, a global logistics business privately owned by an Indian conglomerate, chairs the steering committee of the private company Allsons Transport, and also sits on the boards of SecondBite and Y-Gap in the not-for-profit sector. Mr Critchley’s executive career culminated in ten years as chief executive of CEVA Logistics, the world’s second largest integrated logistics company, with responsibility for the Asia Pacific region, turnover of $850-million and more than 10,000 staff.
