Henry Dykstra has over 25 years of town planning and land development experience in both private consultancy, state and local government. He has been recognised as one of the most prominent town planning consultants responsible for the design, re-zoning and project management of the construction of numerous residential estates in the southern districts of Perth. Mr Dykstra managed the planning and project implementation of numerous rural residential estates, both in the hills and on the Swan Coastal Plain. He has a comprehensive understanding of the complex issues that needed to be addressed in the planning and development process and his subdivision implementation experience enables him to identify and address issues early on to avoid potential budget and schedule overruns. In addition to his extensive land development knowledge and experience, Mr Dykstra’s specialist expertise includes the preparation of local government planning strategies and schemes, project managing subdivision implementation and town planning advocacy in the State Administrative Tribunal (and Supreme Court).
