Heidi Gan is a two-time Olympian in the sport of open water swimming. She has competed at the world championships in surf life saving and swimming, is a multiple medallist at the State and National Surf Lifesaving Championships, and has been an active patrolling surf life saver since 2005.
Ms Gan is also a solicitor specialising in corporate law and has advised numerous entities including ASX-listed and private companies on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, as well as commercial transactions across a range of industries and jurisdictions. She also has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector as a volunteer and consultant.
Ms Gan is a public speaker, having presented to clients of varying ages within the sport and corporate sectors.
