Since joining Azure Capital in 2014, Harrison Moore has worked across a wide variety of engagements including M&A (public and private), capital raising (debt and equity) and funds management, particularly within the mining, oil & gas, financial services, industrial and aged care sectors.
Prior to Azure, Mr Moore was at Aquila Resources in its corporate development team and was involved in mergers & acquisitions, valuation and due diligence. He had also worked at Ernst & Young in its corporate finance division, providing advice to both public and private clients across a range of industries.
Mr Moore is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Genetics) and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance) from the University of Western Australia, and a Masters of Applied Finance.
