Harish Tantry

Harish Tantry has 30 years' experience, including 28 years, in the mining and metals industry. His experience includes a good balance of in-plant sustaining projects, feasibility studies and execution of major brownfields and greenfields projects. Mr Tantry advanced his career through lead engineer roles for major project roles in iron ore, coal, bauxite and aluminium industries, as well as specialising in engineering management both in corporate and project roles. He has built engineering teams, 3D design systems and procedures, design standards and specifications for major engineering companies. He has also completed engineering management roles on major copper and iron ore projects. Mr Tantry has a passion for business strategy and improving quality and efficiency in project delivery through standardisation, integrated engineering workflow and systems. He established Cranberg Consultants in August 2016 with an aim to bring fresh perspectives to engineering practice with a focus on leadership, standardisation and technology.
