Hamish McLennan is an experienced media and marketing industry executive.
He was executive chair and chief executive of Ten Network Holdings until July 2015. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and office of the chairman at News Corp (formerly News Corporation). Mr McLennan was also global chair of Young & Rubicam, part of WPP, the world’s largest communications services group. He joined Young & Rubicam in 2002 as chair and chief executive of Y&R Brands Australia/New Zealand, one of the largest marketing services groups in Australasia, and led the firm’s global business operations from 2006.
Mr McLennan was chair of Rugby Australia from June 2020 ot November 2023.
