Guangfu Yang

Professor Yang taught at Chongqing University from 1981 to 1991 and was conferred his professorship in 1991. In 1992, he was appointed as the Deputy Mayor of Fuling City of Sichuan province to manage the Industry, Scientific and Technological Commission. In 1993, he was appointed as the Group Leader for the preparation of Chongqing Sanxia Institute, and subsequently (in 1994) as the first president of the Institute, a post he held until 1999. Professor Yang joined Chongqing Engineering Institute in 2001 and retired in 2007.
