Gregory Baxter specialises in the development and delivery of digital strategy, corporate innovation and business transformation. He has held business, consulting and technology roles across Asia, Europe and North America.
Mr Baxter has been the chief digital officer of MetLife since July 2017.
He was the global head of digital at Citibank and led its digital transformation across businesses. He was also a partner and UK board member of Booz & Company where he held leadership roles across the financial services, public sector and digital practices. Prior to that, Mr Baxter was a project and product manager with IBM, delivering systems integration projects in financial services and managing the product lifecycle of leading market solutions.
Mr Baxter is a speaker on digital strategy and technology, and the impact of disruption of innovation on business.
He is a council (board) member of Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs), and a guest lecturer on strategy at the University of Oxford, New York University, and American University (Washington).
