With record increases in CBD office vacancies, major resources projects are tipped to prop up the market.
Greg McAlpine has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, predominantly specialising in the leasing of commercial office space in the Perth CBD. He commenced his commercial real estate career with Sallmans International in 1990, before joining CB Richard Ellis in 1992 where he was promoted to associate director of office leasing. In March 1999, Mr McAlpine joined Knight Frank as director of office leasing and in 2003, he was promoted to national director of office leasing where he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office leasing department.
