Indonesian-backed Golden Group is preparing to launch the sales campaign for apartments in the first tower at its multi-billion dollar Belmont Racecourse redevelopment.
Greg King has extensive experience in the financial services and property industries spanning over 20 years.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant after he obtained degrees in Commerce and Accountancy.
Mr King spent time in Europe dealing with property structured finance and has held many senior positions and directorships within the real estate and finance sector. He has bought, sold, listed and developed real estate in the UK, South Africa and Australia.
Mr King is a founder of Ascot Capital, which is recognised as one of the foremost property developers in Western Australia. He chairs the Future Force Foundation and is regional chair of YPO Australia New Zealand.
