Grant Nichols has over 20 years of real estate funds management experience.
He had managed various funds for Australian Unity and Investa Property Group before joining Centuria Capital as a fund manager in January 2019, and becoming head of office in August 2021. Mr Nichols has managed the Centuria Office REIT which is Australia’s largest domestic pure-play office fund listed on the ASX, and a part of the S&P/ASX-300 Index & the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Index. He has overall responsibility for the operation, performance, ESG initiatives and strategy of the REIT.
Mr Nichols holds a Master of Applied Finance from The Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a Fellow of FINSIA.
