Graham Nagle is a corporate and resources lawyer with over 25 years of experience. His main practice areas are acquisitions and divestments, energy and resources law, complex commercial agreements and contractual advice. He also has extensive experience in corporate advisory, private equity, equity raisings, managed investments, directors’ duties and corporate governance. Mr Nagle has also practised as senior legal counsel for a major international oil and gas company. He has significant E&P experience including advising in relation to upstream acquisitions agreements, farm-ins, joint operating agreements, joint bidding and study agreements, coordination and segregation agreements, pipeline crossing agreements, drilling rig contracts and seismic data acquisition agreements. He also advises in relation to gas and liquids marketing including preparation of both long-term and spot gas supply and purchase agreements, oil sale agreements, joint venture marketing arrangements, gas balancing agreements, capacity access agreements and pipeline impact agreements.
