Jeremy Sinclair, managing director of Battery Minerals, will transition to the role of non-executive director on November 22.

Graham Fyfe is a chemical engineer with extensive experience in the mining and commodities processing industry, across both brownfields and greenfields studies and in project development.
Since 1989, Mr Fyfe has worked in a range of process design and management, construction and operational roles with global resource companies and engineering firms including De Beers, Fluor, Rio TInto, Calibre Global, Rare Earth Extraction Company, Battery Minerals, and Bellzone Mining where he was involved in its admission to the London Stock Exchange AIM market and its subsequent fund raisings.
He is skilled across the value chain in exploration, project development, production, engineering, design, construction and commissioning, contractual and offtake negotiations, listing, fund raising, investor relations and executive management.
