Graeme Testar has over 25 years of experience covering corporate finance, treasury and financial markets.
He joined PCF Capital in June 2012 as director of capital markets. Mr Testar became a director of corporate finance & capital markets from January 2014 until July 2021 when PCF merged with stockbroking and corporate finance firm Argonaut. He became a shareholder and remains an executive director of the merged entity Argonaut PCF, a division within Argonaut.
Prior to PCF, Mr Testar’s roles included managing the financing function at iron ore miner Murchison Metals as it sought to develop the Oakajee Port and Rail solution in the midwest region of Western Australia. He was also group treasurer of Babcock & Brown subsidiary, WestNet Infrastructure Group, which was owner of the regulated gas distribution and below rail business in Western Australia. Mr Testar also spent over 14 years as divisional director of financial risk group Oakvale Capital where he led the national financial risk advisory and treasury business which includes clients in mining, manufacturing, utility, financial services, government and retail organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
