Graeme Scott is an experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive commercial and professional services experience specialising in delivering audit, financial reporting, taxation and advisory services and business advice to clients across financial services, agriculture, construction, wineries, theatres, retailing, manufacturing, finance, tree plantations and charitable trusts.
Mr Scott was a founding director of TFS Corporation (Quintis) since its inception in 1998 to post-listing on the ASX in 2005. He remained a top 10 shareholder until Quintis went into administration in 2018 and was taken over by the US company Blackrock Group. Mr Scott was a director of the responsible entity Sandalwood Properties for all the Quintis sandalwood MIS schemes from 1994 to 2005.
In the 1990s, Mr Scott served as a director of Heytesbury Group. He was also a former executive chair of Soil Sub Technologies and a partner of Ernst & Young.
