Graeme Sampson

Graeme Sampson has over 30 years of experience in providing accounting, taxation, corporate finance and commercial advice to a diverse range of clients. He has also assisted a number of companies in the mining services and construction industries, and held numerous board positions.
Mr Sampson is the principal of Enigma Capital Solutions, a specialist corporate advisory practice.
Mr Sampson was appointed a non-executive director of Cashmere during the pre-offer phase. Enigma Capital Solutions had provided corporate advisory services to Cashmere including in relation to the offer.
Mr Sampson has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
