Graeme Nayler has over 30 years of experience in a range of industries and environments; as well as experience in strategy, business development, commercial, corporate affairs and program management. He also has technical knowledge in engineering, operations, safety management and enterprise risk.

Mr Nayler has been the chief strategy officer of Silentium Defence since April 2021.

Prior to that, he was the executive director of strategy & future business and a board director of Babcock Australasia where he spent over 8 years. He was also an executive at Nova Systems, and an Officer in the Australian Defence Force for over 15 years.
