Graeme Boden is an experienced business executive with more than 35 years in senior corporate or financial roles, particularly in the planning and evaluation function of the resources industry and in the finance and administration function of a range of industries. He has 30 years of experience as a director or secretary of ASX-listed companies. He is the principal of Boden Corporate Services, whose clients include listed companies World Titanium Resources and TUC Resources. Mr Boden has an economics degree from Monash University and then had 25 years of experience in the finance and administration/planning and evaluation functions of large resources companies before forming his own corporate services business in 1998. His involvement in the not-for-profit sector has principally been in education including 7 years on the governing body of a leading independent school, initially as chair of the finance committee and subsequently as deputy chair of the board. Mr Boden was a founding treasurer of the Learning & Attentional Disorders Society of WA and has served 20 years in that role.
