Gordon Naylor has an international business career experience spanning numerous senior operations and corporate roles. He also has experience in advanced manufacturing, business acquisition and restructure.
For over 30 years Mr Naylor was a part of the internationalisation of the CSL Group, a global specialty biotechnology company that was established in Australia. He held a range of business and functional leadership roles including as chief financial officer. At the time of his retirement from CSL, he was the president of Seqirus where he led the 3-year turnaround of that business into one of the vaccine companies in the world.
Mr Naylor holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, an MBA, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
