Glenn Fraser has experience in finance, infrastructure and property.
He was a member of Transfield Holdings advisory board from 1999 to 2015. He was in Transfield Holding's acquisition of interest in Charter Hall and its subsequent expansion and listing in 2005. Previously, he was a non-executive director of the Charter Hall Group from April 2005 to August 2012. He was general manager of finance project development at Transfield Holdings, where he was in charge for the finance elements of infrastructure and property projects. He was also a director of a project finance advisory business Perry Development Finance which was sold to Hambros Corporate Finance in 1995.
