Glenister Lamont has worked as an engineer and manager in gold, base metal and coal mines. He was the general manager of Ashton Mining where he led strategic planning and commercial implementation of business development. Prior to that, Mr Lamont was an executive director of UBS where he undertook financial, technical and strategic evaluation of companies and participated in many corporate transactions. Mr Lamont is a professional non-executive director and consultant on investor relations. He has been a director of Golden Rim since July 2007.
