Gilbert Flynn

Gilbert Flynn has almost 30 years of experience in commercial law and litigation including banking and finance, trade practices, intellectual property, corporations, insolvency/bankruptcy, and defamation. He commenced his career with Bennett & Co before moving to Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) where he practised in their Perth and Sydney offices. Mr Flynn then spent several years as special counsel at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst LLP) where he conducted a commercial practice specialising in IP and IT matters. He joined Hotchkin Hanly Lawyers in 2003 and became a partner in January 2004.
