Agency Group in WA purchase
ASX-listed The Agency Group Australia has announced plans to acquire the residential sales and management arm of North Perth-based Vicus Property Group in a cash and scrip deal.

Gianni Redolatti is the director of SVN, a US company which entered into a partnership arrangement with Perth's Vicus Property Group in 2019.
In 2008, Mr Redolatti joined Vicus Commercial (then called Platinum Commercial) as co-director and shareholder. He was pivotal in the establishment of the residential division and then later, The Vicus Group which is the parent company incorporating Vicus Commercial, Vicus Residential and Vicus Strata. Mr Redolatti was overseeing sales and asset management to corporate governance and ongoing financial administration.
He has extensive experience in land selection, tender preparations, feasibility costs, negotiating acquisitions, managing and financing property development, conducting sales & leasing transactions, overseeing asset management, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry regulations.
Mr Redolatti holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours), a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a registered builder and a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Building, the Institute of Engineers Australia and REIWA.
