Zinc polymetallic explorer Adriatic Metals has every reason to be pleased with its latest assay results from the waste dump around an historic adit at the Jurasevac prospect at the company’s Vareš Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Vareš project comprises an old open cut zinc/lead/barite and silver mine at Veovaca and Rupice and an advanced proximal deposit exhibiting high grades of base and precious metals.

Adriatic Metals has announced a spectacular drill intersection of 64m grading 4.6g/t gold, 537g/t silver, 0.9% copper, 7.7% lead, 10.8% zinc and 46% barite from its project in Bosnia. The result extends mineralisation 80m down-dip and 50m down-plunge of the original geological interpretation. The company also reported gold mineralisation up to 3.5g/t in grab samples from the historic JB Zone, 1km away.

Adriatic Metals has announced more stunning drill results from its Rupice prospect in Bosnia. High grade results were retuned from two ore lenses intersected in the same drill hole, including 36 metres grading 4.4g/t gold, 463g/t silver, 0.5% copper, 4.3% lead, 5.7% zinc and 55% barite from 196m down-hole and 22m @ 4.1g/t gold, 258g/t silver, 0.8% copper, 7.5% lead, 12.8% zinc and 56% barite from 244m down-hole.

The super impressive drill results just keep rolling in for newly listed Adriatic Metals in Bosnia including a new 66m intersection going 2.1g/t gold, 158g/t silver, 2.3% copper, 8.6% lead, 12.8% zinc and 37% barite from 210m down-hole. It took a little while but the market is now all over Adriatic with the company’s share price tripling just three months after listing on the ASX.

The exciting drill hits have continued for Adriatic Metals in Bosnia with a 16m intersection going 1.6g/t gold, 136g/t silver, 1.1% copper, 4% lead, 6.5% zinc and 33% barite from 206m down-hole at the emerging Rupice prospect extending the ore footprint by 60m. Another 18m intersection that showed 2.6g/t gold, 201g/t silver, 0.5% copper, 4.5% lead, 9.2% zinc and 62% barite has extended the ore zone 50m up-dip.

Adriatic Metals will increase its land holdings at the exciting Vares project in Bosnia after local municipal authorities approved the company’s request for major expansions to its existing concession agreement over the Veovaca and Rupice prospects at its 100% owned Vares base metals play. At the Rupice project, the expansion includes land immediately north of a 66m wide, high grade intersection of gold, silver and base metals reported by Adriatic in July.

Adriatic Metals has reported more fantastic drilling intersections from its Rupice multi-mineral ore system in central Bosnia. New drilling results include an impressive 28m intersection going 10.8% zinc, 5.9% lead, 271g/t silver, 3.4g/t gold, 0.5% copper and 61% barite from 236m down-hole. The new hit effectively extends the mineralisation by a further 140m down-dip at the northern end of the deposit, adding more resource tonnes.

Adriatic Metals has reported another wide, high grade base metal, gold and silver intersections from its emerging Rupice multi-mineral ore system in central Bosnia. The new drilling result of 66m grading 9.5% zinc, 4.9% lead, 187g/t silver, 2.4g/t gold, 0.5% copper and 56% barite from 204m down-hole extends mineralisation by a further 35m at the northern end of the deposit, adding more tonnes adjacent to the concession boundary.

Adriatic Metals has continued its run of amazing drill results from its Bosnian, multi-commodity play with the latest numbers showing a 24 metre intersection going 8.6g/t gold and 332g/t silver from 226m down-hole. It was hiding within a spectacular intercept of 42m @ 14.1% zinc, 8.4% lead, 5.7g/t gold, 245g/t silver, 1.4% copper and 34% barite from 222m at the Rupice prospect in Bosnia.

Adriatic Metals has revealed another exceptional intersection from its Bosnian, multi-commodity play with the latest numbers from the Rupice prospect turning up a serious looking 18 metre intersection grading 17.6% zinc, 9.4% lead, 3.8g/t gold and 508g/t silver from 162m down-hole. The result is 100m up-dip from a previous high grade result and grows the mineralised footprint ahead of the company’s maiden resource estimate.

If it wasn’t Adriatic Metals, a 46m long drill intersection boasting at least 4 different high-grade minerals would ordinarily have the West Perth investment glitterati spitting their coffee across the table at Black Toms. But such is the quality of the results of Adriatic’s ongoing drill campaign that the bar has been set very high indeed for this rapidly advancing $54m market cap ASX listed exploration company.

Adriatic Metals has intersected a stunning 72m long diamond drill intersection grading 18.3% zinc, 10.7% lead, 2.5g/t gold, 211g/t silver, 2.5% copper and 25% barite from 206m down-hole at its emerging Rupice prospect in Bosnia. The new result extends mineralisation 30m down-dip and down-plunge to the north. A maiden mineral resource estimate for Rupice prospect is expected in the first half of 2019.

Bosnian regulatory authorities have accepted Adriatic Metals’ “geological reserves” statement for its Rupice-Juraševac-Brestic project and provided a clearer path to the issue of Exploitation and Operating Permits for developing that deposit. The company continues drilling on four rigs to extend the high-grade mineralisation at the Rupice prospect and test priority targets outlined by technical data that show potential for discoveries.
