George McCullagh

George McCullagh has a wealth of consulting experience across the property industry and currently chairs both the common Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority-LandCorp boards. Mr McCullagh was part of the LandCorp board for eight years, two of which as deputy chair, before being appointed his current role. He was a former partner of international consulting firm Deloitte and previously chaired the former East Perth Development Authority, Subiaco Development Authority and the Midland Redevelopment Authority. Mr McCullagh has worked as a consultant for most of his career providing commercial and advisory services to an array of planning, resources, infrastructure and redevelopment organisations across Western Australia - this includes undertaking governance reviews for the WA Planning Commission as well as providing transition planning advice to agencies such as the Department of Water.
