Geoffrey McConachy

Geoffrey McConachy is an accomplished geologist with over 30 years of Australian and international experience in the mining industry, assessing a wide range of commodities. Prior to joining Renascor Resources, Mr McConachy worked for Heathgate Resources and Quasar Resources where his roles included bring the managing director of exploration. While at Heathgate and Quasar, he led the exploration and development team in the discovery, definition and evaluation of four uranium deposits including the Four Mile deposit which he was co-honoured with the Prospector of the Year award from the Australian Association of Mining & Exploration Companies. His experience includes instrumental roles in the discovery of the Fosterville gold deposit in Victoria and the Potosi base metal deposit in New South Wales. Mr McConachy is a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and former director of the Uranium Information Centre.
