Geoff Brown

Geoff Brown AO has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive and leader within the aerospace and defence industry including as Air Marshal, Chief of the Royal Australian Air Force from 2011-2015 where he led the organisation to significantly improve its capabilities and ability to respond to significant global events. During his tenure, Mr Brown was a leading champion for organisational change across areas of culture, gender equality, recruitment and training, safety and technology. He is experienced in advising government, leaders and international stakeholders. Mr Brown also provides technical and specialist advice as an independent consultant to the aerospace and defence fraternity and, more broadly, contributing expertise on organisational change, leadership, performance and gender equality.
