Gavin Tucker is a qualified project manager who has been working within the construction industry for over 10 years across a wide range of sectors including retail, commercial, residential, industrial and government.
His experience ranges from startups, including project concept and feasibility, through to project completion. This has enabled him to gain valuable experience across a number of different aspects of project management including cost, program and design management, tenancy coordination, contract administration and stakeholder liaison.
Mr Tucker has been with Proven Project Management since July 2017, initially as a senior project manager before becoming project manager in June 2022 and an associate in March 2023. He also became a shareholder and associate of Rowe Group in March 2023. Prior to Rowe Group and Proven Project Management, Mr Tucker had held project roles at DMG Architecture + Construction, APP Corporation, Rio Tinto and Coffey Projects.
