Gavan Kelly has over 30 years of experience in turnarounds or workouts, liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies, establishment and administration of corporate and trust business structures, and the requirements of the Corporations Act and the Income Tax Acts. He also has many years of commercial litigation experience. Mr Kelly is a director of Wojtowicz Kelly Legal. Mr Kelly and John Wojtowicz originally established the law practice in 1994 and operated it until it became part of Rockwell Olivier in 2011, which in turn became part of Civic Legal. They re-established the practice in March 2016 under the banner of Atium Legal.
