Garry Taylor joined Paramount Mining Corporation in September 2007 as chief financial officer and was appointed company secretary in October 2007. He was responsible for the company secretarial function as well as share registry, investor relations, accounting, taxation and audit.
Mr Taylor has an extensive background in financial management across a range of industries.
He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the University of Western Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business degree (major in Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Mr Taylor is a member of CPA Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
