Garry Perotti

After heading his own accounting business for several years, Garry Perotti joined a public listed gold mining company as financial director and company secretary, a position he held for six years before being appointed managing director in his final year and prior to immigrating to Australia in 2008. Mr Perotti has over 25 years of experience as a financial controller in the mining and associated service industries. He is an experienced chief financial officer with over 27 years in corporate finance, financial management, accounting and commercial roles, as well as company secretary for a number of unlisted and listed companies on the JSE, London Stock Exchanges and ASX. Mr Perotti joined Kula Gold as chief financial officer in October 2014 and was appointed company secretary in July 2015 and executive director in 2017 until his departure in October 2019.
