Former brickies Garry Brown-Neaves and Dale Alcock have developed their company into the state’s second biggest home builder.
A brick layer by trade Garry formed Webb & Brown-Neaves in 1978. Over the next 30+ years the business, now known as ABN Group, grew to be one of Australia’s leading construction, property and finance companies.
In 2016, Garry sold his interests in ABN and created Brown-Neaves Investments with his portfolio of investments including residential and commercial land subdivisions and commercial property.

Dale Alcock and Garry Brown-Neaves have ruled out listing their successful building empire following a recently completed 20-year business plan that is designed to steer the group smoothly through their eventual retirements.
