Fred van der Tang is a senior executive at an international level, with an understanding of growth and transformation within the recruitment industry.
Mr van der Tang had a 20-year tenure at recruitment company Randstad, where he held senior roles and was in-charge of Randstad's operations in the Netherlands, Italy, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. He was also a chief sales officer at a global level. Following Randstad, he was general manager for Australia and New Zealand at Ascender HCM, a private equity owned payroll and human capital management provider.
Mr van der Tang has been the chief executive and shareholder of Make it Cheaper since March 2017, a privately-owned Australian company that provides business energy price comparison and switching.
