Fred Clohessy has over 20 years of commercial retail property experience and has been responsible for some of the biggest retail leasing transactions in Western Australia, having introduced International brands such as Zara, Topshop, Nespresso and M Dreams to the Perth CBD.
Mr Clohessy also had extensive experience in project leasing, having headed the project retail leasing at Byford Village Shopping Centre which opened fully leased in November 2016.
Vastly experienced in commercial and retail leasing, he held the position of associate director of retail services at CBRE, where he was head of their retail leasing department for 14 years. He then joined Lease Equity as director of retail leasing for over 8 years before returning to CBRE as a senior director and head of retail in January 2022.
