Frank Wheatley is chief executive and director of Yellowhead Mining Inc. Mr Wheatley was executive director, Corporate Affairs and Strategy of Talison Lithium and is also on the board of Selwyn Resources. Mr Wheatley was vice-president, Legal Affairs of Eldorado Gold Corporation. He then joined Gabriel Resources in 1999 as president and chief operating officer before becoming vice president and general counsel from 2000 to 2009. Mr Wheatley has over 28 years' experience as director, senior officer, and legal counsel to a number of Canadian public mining companies and has legal and business experience in the mineral industry particularly in the areas of public financing, project debt financing, permitting of large-scale mining projects, strategic mergers and acquisitions in the international minerals industry.
