Fiona Roche is chair of Estates Development Company, the WA sister company of Adelaide Development Company, which is involved in property development, property investment and agribusiness.

She is the daughter of former Adelaide Lord Mayor John Roche, and granddaughter of Jack Roche, who founded Adelaide Development Company, in 1922.

Ms Roche received an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, and is a member of Darden's global advisory council.
