Ms Pearse has commercial and financial expertise gained from a long career at global companies BHP and BlueScope Steel. She has served in number of non-executive positions, including as a Non- Executive Director of City West Water, U Ethical (fund manager) and significant not-for-profits such as World Vision Australia and Scotch College. She previously served as an advisory board member to a fintech based in Stone & Chalk. She is Member of Remuneration Committee, Risk and Audit Committee (Chair).
