Fiona Defina began her career at Chandler Macleod in 2008 as National Injury Management Advisor and then Group Manager, Workers Compensation. As general manager of insurance, Ms Defina is tasked with ensuring the delivery of proactive, best-practice injury management strategies that maximise employee well-being and align with commercial objectives, as well as optimizing CMG’s worker’s compensation insurance arrangements, and providing premium analysis and forecasting to support commercial decisions.
