Delivering the missing middle
The state government is making a major push for more medium-density housing, but market conditions and community sentiment loom as major hurdles for developers.
Felipe Soto has a Master of Architecture from University of WA.
He joined Hillam Architects upon graduation, firstly as a senior graduate architect before a stint with Hassell, and then re-joining as an associate in 2014.
Mr Soto left Hillam Architects in March 2021 to establish Space Collective Architects.
