Felicity Heading has worked at the Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley since November 2010 and held a number of roles within the finance department including rates, coordinator of financial operations, and manager of finance & customer services.
Prior to that, Ms Heading managed family businesses incorporating various enterprises including tropical forestry, mangoes and agricultural contracting.
