Faldi Ismail has experience working as a corporate advisor specialising in the restructure and recapitalisation of a wide range of ASX-listed companies. Mr Ismail has many years of investment banking experience covering a wide range of sectors, with a specific focus on the resources sector.
He was the co-founder and operator of Otsana Capital, a boutique advisory firm that specialised in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and initial public offerings. Following the winding up of Otsana in 2020, Mr Ismail founded Kaai Capital.
