Eve Clark is the managing director of L3 Oceania, a company she joined in September 2003 and had held the roles of director of programs and technology, director of performance excellence, before being appointed to her current role. Prior to L3 Oceania, Ms Clark was the director of engineering at Offshore Systems in Vancouver, Canada. She has extensive local and international experience in managing most facets of engineering projects including scheduling, planning, team organisation, customer relations, contract administration, quality assurance, customer acceptance of products, change management and strategic development. Ms Clark holds degrees in Computer Studies (Institute of Technology, Adelaide) and Business (University of Edinburgh), and is an accredited Project Management Institute (PMI) with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, program engineering, marketing and the management of projects and delivering advanced electronic systems for defence, aviation, hydrographic and oil & gas applications.
