Accordwest’s mission to make homelessness a rare, brief and non-recurring experience in the South West is riding a new wave of momentum with a partnership with the WAAEH.

Accordwest has been part of the fabric of the community in the South West for more than 40 years and on the ground with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

There are more people in a situation where they need to seek help to get enough food for their households as the cost-of-living crisis takes hold, with Foodbank WA experiencing unprecedented demand in its food relief services.

With around 9,700 people across Western Australia experiencing homelessness, social support organisations are calling for more action to help prevent and eradicate homelessness in our state.

The housing crisis, along with cost of living, are the number one issues facing families in Western Australia today.
