Estelle McDonald

Dr Estelle McDonald has over 20 years of strategy experience across government, not-for-profit, commercial and community services organisations.

She was the executive manager of strategy and business development at Wanslea Family Services from November 2017 to July 2021, having been a board member from August 2010. Prior to joining Wanslea, she led national strategy development, innovation and business development opportunities at Silver Chain and was heavily involved in responding to the consumer-directed reforms and the development of innovative services & funding models. Dr McDonald had also held a number of strategy roles at the Government Employees Superannuation Board, and was client director of Barrington Consulting Group.

Dr McDonald holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours) and a PhD from the University of Western Australia.
